Scarce. Brown half leather and pink cloth boards. Ribbon page marker. Boards are generally in good order, although rather grubby and rubbed. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is faded with bumping to ends. 2 maps, a portrait and plate as called for. Pages at start and rear are browned due to poor quality paper. Front inner hinge is cracked. Several pages are badly cut where the paper was not properly flat during manufacture. A couple of Prabhu Book Service stamps. Pagination: xix pp, 306 pp, ii pp errata.
