Brown/blue cloth/card boards with black lettering to spine. Rough cut page edges. Age discolouration to endpages. Portrait frontispiece and 2 other plates, all edges uncut. Occasional mild foxing. Pagination: xv + 87 pp. Contains mainly poems, a little prose. 16 of the poems were written during the conflict. Hobson was killed in action at Ypres in 1917, aged 23.
