Modern half leather with marbled boards, plain endpapers. Red gilt spine label. Internally the title is darkened and has frayed to the edges. The last text page p. 161/2 Rates of Postage and a Table of Charges has a corner missing with some text loss. Internally the pages are in reasonable condition though have begun to darken with age and the maps have left browning to the opposite page. Contains 52 of the 53 original maps (missing the frontispiece, map of England & Wales, and lacking the engraved title) all of which are relatively clean and in good condition although the first few maps do have slight browning. Contains English and Welsh county maps. This item is scarce in any condition. When securely packed this item will weigh in the region of 232g. (YBP Ref: 019108:1-G4)
