Page edges are rather grubby. Somewhat cocked. Boards are stained and grubby front and rear. Decorative emblem in gilt to the front board. Age discolouration to endpages. Inside of rear board slightly torn. Bookplate. Front inner hinge is cracked but holding. Rear inner hinge is cracked but holding. Text block is tanned, but clean.
