Dark blue leather boards with gilt lettering to front and spine. Edges of boards are worn. Top and bottom of spine bumped. Spine has five raised bands, though these have rubbed. Front board discoloured. Inner hinges cracking but holding. Reverse of FFEP has previous owner's inscription. Pages occasionally foxed; foxing slightly heavier on pages prior to title page. Final two pages creased at the top corner. Outside edges gilt, binding slightly loose. Fold out page between pages 178 and 179 is slightly chipped along the edge. 747 pp. When securely packed this item will weigh in the region of 633g. (YBP Ref: 021911:1-M9)
