Cream and blue cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine. Boards are generally in good order, just a little grubby. Slight bumping to corners. Spine is intact and bright with just a little mild bumping to ends. Bookplate from the Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust Library; no other signs of library use. Textblock is in good condition, clean and tight. Some b/w illustrations. Split into two sections, Part I: 133 pp Part II: 209 pp. White paper dust jacket with black lettering to front and spine. DJ is in a good condition albeit with some creasing to the edges. Wear to top corners. Rather grubby. Shelfwear. When securely packed this item will weigh in the region of 1062g.
