RAF Form 412A. This document describes an incident on 10/4/73 where a Harrier GR (DB) crashed 2 miles east of Dunsfold Aerodrome with subsequent injury to one crew member. This is an unusual item. The pages are hole-punched and held within a green binder by a metal clip. The binder itself is creased and rather tattered around the edges. To the rear the metal clip has torn through the card.
