Revised in July of 1942. Red ring binder with red (on gilt) lettering to spine and front. Binder is marked and grubby; some creasing. Corners are rounded, with some bumping. Edges are worn. Spine has bumping to ends and the cloth is rather worn. Metal fastening is rather rusty. Early/late pages have been stained pink from the binder dye. Some pages are grubby/waterstained.
