Brown cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine. Boards are generally in good order. Slight bumping to corners. Rebacked with original spine relaid. Age discolouration to endpages. Front inner hinge is beginning to crack. Several marks from the Royal Medical & Chirurgical Society. Textblock is pretty good, considering its age, but inevitably has a few grubby marks associated with use. 449 pp + errata + appendix (explanation of the Plate).
