Green cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine. Boards are marked and generally grubby. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is age darkened with bumping to ends and some staining. Age discolouration to endpages. Both inner hinges are cracked. Binding is very loose, p515-518 detached. Textblock has one or two grubby marks but is generally clean if a little tanned. 812 pp + index. Previous owner's mark to fep. Could use the attentions of a good bookbinder.
