Green decorated cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front. Boards are generally in good order, just grubby with what looks like wax. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is age darkened with bumping to ends. Age discolouration to endpages. Textblock is well held, but has a few grubby marks associated with use particularly to the early paged. 159 pp + adverts. Previous owner's mark to ffep. Charlotte Maria Tucker wrote under the pseudonym A.L.O.E (A Lady of England). Additional photos are available upon request.
