First edition from 1910, not a modern reprint. Red cloth boards with black lettering to spine and front. Boards are rubbed and generally a bit faded. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is faded with bumping to ends. The binding is very loose; the bundles are separating. With 43 illustrations by J A Shepherd. 379 pp. Previous owner's mark to fep.
