Inner hinges have been professionally repaired and gutta percha binding reset. Blue half leather boards with gilt lettering to front and spine. Boards are generally in good order, just a little shelfwear. Corners bumped and worn. Slight wear to board edges. Spine has bumping to top and bottom. Wear to spine. All edges gilt. Endpages are a little grubby. Colourful frontispiece. Some slight foxing to the textblock. 42 pp. 21 plates. It appears complete, but the sections have been bound in the wrong order. Worse, some of the plates have been bound into the wrong sections. A job for a good bookbinder! Additional photos are available upon request.
