The edition is limited to 300 copies, however the actual volume number has not been filled in. Blue cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine. Top edge gilt. Boards are marked and generally grubby. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is age darkened with bumping to ends and evidence of a label. Both inner hinges are cracked. The binding is loose; the bundles are separating. B/w frontispiece with tissue protection intact. Text block is tanned, with the odd grubby mark, but generally pretty clean. 197 pp + index. Previous owner's mark to fep.
