Red cloth boards with white lettering to spine and red lettering to front and paper decorative images. Boards are marked and generally grubby. Corners are bumped. Edgewear, especially along the spine edges where the cloth has split along two thirds of its length. Spine is age darkened with bumping to ends. Front inner hinge is cracked and there is evidence of previous tape. Colour folding frontis has a closed tear near the joint (frontis is quite heavy which has contributed to the cracked hinge) Text block is tanned, but pretty clean. Infrequent annotations to the textblock in pencil. 391 pp. Previous owner's bookplate. Additional photos are available upon request. Text in German.
