Naval Brigades in the South African War 1899-1900

Blue decorated cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and black lettering to front. Boards are marked and generally grubby. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is faded with bumping to ends, pulled to top, and a vertical crease. Age discolouration to endpages. Both inner hinges are cracked. The binding is loose; the bundles are separating. B/w photographic frontispiece with tissue protection. Internally it is a little grubby with the odd spot of fox. Includes 5 maps, 4 of them folding. 307 pp. Additional photos are available upon request. When securely packed this item will weigh in the region of 705g. (YBP Ref: 031032:7b)
