A History of the Services of the 19th Regiment now Alexandra, Princess of Wales's Own (Yorkshire Regiments) from its Formation in 1688 to 1911

Undated c1911. Green cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine. All edges gilt. Ornate emblem to front board. Boards are generally in good order, just a little shelfwear. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is age darkened with bumping to ends. Age discolouration to endpages. Inner hinges a little weak. Evidence of water stain to lower hinge corner of frontis. Just the odd spot of foxing here and there. 451 pp. Photogravure frontispiece, monochrome plates. Bookplate with the author's compliments dated 6th December 1911 is contained loose within. Also contains a letter from the author to Mr Charles Dalton. This is on headed paper (19 - From the Editor - The Green Howards' Gazette) dated 7th December 1911.
