Purple/green cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front. Boards are marked and generally grubby. The cloth has lifted from the boards and has become creased and puckered. Corners are bumped and worn. Spine is faded and stained with bumping to ends. Front inner hinge is cracked, but holding. Textblock is grubby and foxed. 210 pp. 23 portrait plates.
