Undated, c1940. Scarce with DJ. Speckled red and cream cloth boards with red lettering to spine. Boards are generally in good order, just a little grubby. Slight bumping to corners. Spine is intact albeit with bumping to the ends. Textblock is tight, bright and clean. 336 pp. White finished paper dust jacket with green lettering to spine and front. Dj is creased to edges, and is worn, especially to edges. Several small closed tears. Presentation bookplate to front inner flap obscuring the blurb. Rather grubby.
