Reprint of 1929. Pictoral glazed card covers with blue lettering to spine and front. Covers have been cased within a removable plastic film, stuck only to itself, not to the book covers. Slight bumping to corners. Spine is slightly faded with mild bumping to ends. In pencil to the ffep is says 'many typing errors (misprints)' - my French isn't good enough to comment! Textblock is in good condition, clean and tight. 197 pp + adverts. Bookplate from Kenn Back (1942-, Meteorologist for the British Antarctic Survey and descendant of the arctic explorer Captain George Back). Additional photos are available upon request.
