Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine has bumping to ends. Page edges are marked. Both inner hinges are cracked, but holding. Textblock is rather grubby with a little foxing. 436 pp + index. Previous owner's mark to ffep. Volume Two: Black cloth boards with gilt lettering to front. Extensive staining to boards with signs of damp. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine has bumping to ends. Page edges are marked. Endpages are a little grubby. Both inner hinges are cracked, but holding. Textblock is in a good, clean condition although the final few have some worm damage. 739 pp + index. Previous owner's mark to ffep. Additional photos are available upon request.
