White card covers with black lettering to spine and front. Covers are generally in good order, just a little grubby. Now covered in a removable plastic sleeve, stuck only to itself, not to the book. Slight bumping to corners. Spine is intact albeit with some mild bumping to the ends. Signed by the author to the title page, business card fixed in. Textblock is in good condition, clean and tight. 278 pp. 2 maps in pocket at rear. Bookplate from Kenn Back (1942-, Meteorologist for the British Antarctic Survey and descendant of the Arctic explorer Captain George Back). Additional photos are available upon request.
