Red cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front. Top edge gilt. Boards are marked and generally grubby. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is faded with bumping to ends. Foxing to the page edges. The page edges are rough cut. Front inner hinge is cracked, but holding. B/w frontispiece, tissue protection is present but detached.
