Life of William Blake

This is a two volume, 1863, important biograohy of the poet. Volume One: Brown decorated cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front. Boards are generally in good order, just a little shelfwear. Corners are bumped. Edgewear, especially along the spine edges where the cloth is splitting. Spine is faded with bumping to ends. Both inner hinges are cracked, but holding. Textblock is in good condition, clean and tight. 389 pp. Previous owner's bookplate. Previous owner's mark to title page.
