Undated, 1844 from Preface. Cream half vellum and pink cloth boards with gilt lettering to a red morocco spine label. Top edge gilt. Boards are generally in good order, just a little grubby. No particular bumping or wear to corners or edges. Spine is prettily decorated, a little grubby with mild bumping to the ends. A small newspaper cutting is stuck to the fep with evidence of another, now removed. Text block is tanned, but generally clean. 578 pp. Additional photos are available upon request.
