Includes No 6 Special Series : Cars of 1900 also No 7 Special Series: Modern British Express Locomotives for Heavy and Fast Traffic and Xmas Number: Locomotives of all Nations . All six monthly magazines are present. Four have their supplement, but February and May do not. The colour plate from the January and July supplement are missing although there are two colour plates which appear unrelated. Green cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front. Boards are marked and generally grubby. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is age darkened with bumping to ends. Something is missing between the ffep and the frontispiece, probably the colour plate. The binding is loose; the bundles are separating. Previous owner's mark to ffep.
