Brown cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine. Top edge gilt. Boards are marked and generally grubby. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is age darkened with bumping to ends. Rough cut page edges. Front inner hinge is cracked, but holding. Photogravure as frontispiece with tissue protection. Textblock is in good condition, clean and tight.
