A Sketch of the Services of the Bengal Native Army to the Year 1895 Compiled in the Office of the Adjutant General in India

A good working copy but would need the attentions of a bookbinder to realise its potential. Green cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front. Boards are marked and generally grubby. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is darkened and scuffed with damage to the ends. Ex libris Lieut Colonel F G Kemp. Also ex Presidency Brigade Library library, Fort William. Several pages have been folded at the corner, some have become weak and the corner has detatched. 2 tips are present, but one is missing altogether. The binding has failed, some pages detached, but all present. 2 coloured plates. Pagination: v, 576 pp, ii. Additional photos are available upon request.
