Rare in DJ. Limited edition to 500 copies of which 450 are for sale. Red cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine. Boards are generally in good order, just a little shelfwear. Corners are bumped, edges are a little worn. Spine is intact albeit with some bumping to the ends. Mild foxing to the page edges. Age discolouration to endpages. Pagination: lv, 436 pp. Brown paper dust jacket with red lettering to spine and front. Dj edges are creased with numerous small nicks, particularly around the spine area.
