Scarce early Colonial gazetteer promoting emigration. Blue cloth, semi-rigid, boards with gilt lettering to front. The board cloth is grubby and lifting. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is age darkened with bumping to ends. The inner hinges are badly cracked. The binding is loose; the bundles are separating. 96 pp. Inscription to fep reading 'Charles C Vaughan with his old chum's love'. Additional photos are available upon request.
