Historical Record of the Tenth or the North Lincolnshire Regiment of Foot Containing an Account of the Formation of the Regiment in 1685 and of its Subsequent Services to 1847

Red cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front. Boards are marked and generally a little bit grubby. Corners and fore edge are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is age darkened with bumping to ends. Small closed tear to ffep. The contents page calls for 2 plates, there are in fact 3. The plate that should appear at p 36 (Colours of the Regiment) is missing but there is an unlisted one at p7 (Tenth Regiment of Foot at the Battle of Steenkirk) and another unlisted one at p72 (Tenth Foot 1848).
