History of the Corps of Royal Engineers: Volume 1

Red cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Boards are generally in good order, just a little grubby. Slight bumping to corners. Spine has mild bumping to ends. Very slight age discolouration to endpages where the dj has rested. Top edges a little grubby. B/w frontispiece. Textblock is in good condition, clean and tight. Pagination: xvi, 553 pp. Cream finished paper dust jacket with black lettering to spine and front. Dj edges are creased with numerous small nicks, particularly around the spine area. These have been repaired to the inside. There are a series of small dents to the rear (see picture). Rather grubby. Now protected by a removable plastic sleeve.
