Uncommon. Blue decorated cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front. Boards are marked and generally grubby. Some bumping to corners. Spine is age darkened with bumping to ends. Slightly cocked. The binding strings are very loose; the bundles are separated and a couple of leaves are detached. B/w frontispiece. There are 55 illustrations listed, all are present, but two are detached, one is frayed at the edges. Previous owner's mark to early blank.
