Rough cut pages, largely remaining uncut. Age discolouration to endpages. B/w frontispiece with tissue protection intact. Textblock has one or two grubby marks but is mostly clean. 388 pp. Folding map and 9 full page plates, as called for. Additional photos are available upon request.
