Red leather boards with gilt lettering to spine. Boards are marked commensurate with age. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is rather rubbed. Folding map has a closed tear at the joint. The binding is loose; the bundles are separating and one bundle is held by only one string. This bundle has some subsequent damage to the edges. Map to rear is missing having been torn away. Final few have a vertical crease. Newspaper cutting to ffep. Pagination: [xxii], folding map, 418 pp. Previous owner's mark to half-title page. Additional photos are available upon request.
