Beside the Bamboo

Red cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front. Staining to both boards , especially around the edges. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine, inc lettering, is faded with bumping to ends. Both inner hinges are cracked. Binding is very loose. Colour frontispiece. Textblock has many grubby marks but still easily readable. 4 coloured plates, as called for, plus other illustrations. 191 pp. Additional photos are available upon request.
