Has been updated to include alterations and additions to come into operation on 1st December 1947. These are pasted in neatly in their place. Red cloth boards with black lettering to front. One or two minor marks to boards. No particular bumping or wear to corners or edges. Spine is slightly faded with mild bumping to ends. Page edges and pastedowns are a little spotted.
