Biggles - Air Commodore

Grey cloth boards with blue lettering to front and spine and blue illustration of a sea plane flying over an island being pursued. Boards are stained, signs of damp. Slight bumping to corners. Slight wear to board edges. Spine has bumping to top and bottom and has faded somewhat, slightly creased. Somewhat cocked. Previous owner's inscription to FFEP dated 1939. Colourful frontispiece and seven other b/w illustrations. 255 pp. In better condition internally than externally. A little faint marking here and there but generally clean and tight. When securely packed this item will weigh in the region of 511g. (YBP Ref: 035505:16a)
