I received this morning from you the copy of 'Persian Tales' illustrated by Hilda Roberts.I really appreciate the way this book was carefully packaged with a clear instructions about how to open the plastic wrapper, corrugated cardboard, and then bubble wrap! I also was grateful for the photograph on Amazon which was clear about its worn state.I knew and admired Hikda Roberts when I lived in Ireland years ago. (Her painting of 'A.E.' is terrific- used in his biography.)With very good wishes and thanks

Several months ago I ordered a book from you. It was a book which I had loved through childhood, and which I had sorely missed.

The description of the book was that it was in poor condition with some colouring on the pictures.  I wasn’t worried about this as I simply wanted the opportunity to see the book and illustrations once more.

I was absolutely thrilled and blown away to discover when I opened the package that this was MY VERY OWN COPY from years ago, and I could recognise MY OWN COLOURING ADDITIONS.

I have been meaning to write for ages to say thank you and what a blessing this was to me.  I have finally got around to it today.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reuniting me with a great old friend of a book!

Just to let you know the book arrived safe and sound this morning, and that I am very pleased with it. It's nice that the book is inscribed to French writer Ignace Legrand, one of the Free French Jameson had dealings with in PEN in WWII...

I'd particularly like to thank you for the superb packaging. As a collector, I've had books of a high value sent quite sloppily packaged on occasion, so it's nice to know some are still keeping standards up, even with cheaper books!

The book by Horatius Bonar - "The Morning of Joy" - arrived this morning, and I am pleased
to have it. It is in very reasonable condition for its age and I am grateful to you for packing it so well.

Certainly, if in the area, we will pay a visit to the shop.

I've just received this safely in the post, and I have to say that I am absolutely delighted with it.
